Jim painted our office the summer of 2021. The office required a lot of prep work before actual painting. Once completed, it looked brand new. His work was so good we had our house done also! After five years in the Arizona sun the paint still looks great. Jim was pleasant to work with, on time, professional and particular about the details. Mannings COBALT Painting is a well known name in Residential and Commercial workmanship.Jim Ryan, when he started out as Cobalt Painting and his competent crew originally painted our house when it was built in 1990. 16 plus years ago. I noticed the West, South and East needed touch up. Our house is at the top of a hill and is 100% exposed to the sun. , Jim gave me a fair estimate so it was a go! He could see that the sun did some damage to the North as well. So with a small adjustment to the original estimate, the whole house was painted. Their work ethic Is impeccable and professional. I have known Jim for 35 years and he is honest, expects perfection from his Crew as well from himself. By far, Mannings Cobalt takes pride to be professional, honest, and dedicated to perform to be the best! ….and because he cares about each and everyone, he, in my estimation is the best painter in our area.
