Mannings COBALT Painting is a well known name in Residential and Commercial workmanship.Jim Ryan, when he started out as Cobalt Painting and his competent crew originally painted our house when it was built in 1990. 16 plus years ago. I noticed the West, South and East needed touch up. Our house is at the top of a hill and is 100% exposed to the sun. , Jim gave me a fair estimate so it was a go! He could see that the sun did some damage to the North as well. So with a small adjustment to the original estimate, the whole house was painted. Their work ethic Is impeccable and professional. I have known Jim for 35 years and he is honest, expects perfection from his Crew as well from himself.
